Form: open, rounded, spreading, partially deciduous
Foliage: ferny and finely cut compound leaves – densest in summer
Flower: 2″ lavender-blue tubular clusters from spring to fall
Growth: moderate to fast
Mature Size: 30′ – 40′ x 20′ – 30′
Sunset Zone: 12, 13,15 – 24
Drought Tolerant: with age

Native to Brazil
Famous for profuse blooms
Best to plant in full sun;
flowers better in warmer climates
Thrives in well-drained,
non-alkaline soils
Resistant to oak root fungus
